New Investor in the Kansas City area
Hello, my name is Jacob Gansert. I currently live in Overland Park, KS. I have limited experience in real estate. Primarily, I have done minor projects at my parents house (building a deck, cementing a patio, renovating a closet/bathroom, painting) and at the rentals I lived in during college. I am currently a Mechanical Engineer, and I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in my spare time.
Long term, I would like to build passive income through buy and hold properties to eventually replace my work income. Short term, I would like to learn more about the entire process so that I am more informed as I go to buy my first property later this year.
