Hello all,
I am new to the Bigger Pockets community! I have knowledge of both the short hold, (fix and flip) and the long hold (purchase, reno, and rent) if anyone needs any questions answered. I was the lead acquisition associate, (SW Florida), for Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust for 2014 and 2016 until the merger with Colony American Homes. I purchased, renovated and rented around 350 homes in my area (Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties), in those two years. Dispositioned around 30 toward the end of 2015. I was instrumental in the build to rent project in 2015, building over 50 homes to rent. I now do this for another company so I can be of help with this strategy as well.
