Hi there my name is Melissa Parker, I am new to the Portland area and the west coast in general. I have had a large interest in buying and flipping houses along with restoration of houses for many years now. There just has never been a good time to get involved in it. I have spent a lot of time moving around the country over the last several years and I have settled in Oregon for the moment. This is where life has landed me and I have the time to spend starting and furthering my career in the house flipping world.

I spend a lot of time traveling when I get the chance, other than that I work a full time job. I plan to do most if not all of the work myself on the houses I want to flip, I'm a very hands on get into my work kind of gal. As time passes though I do plan on having multiple houses going at a time (as I am working to make this all I do for a living) so I will have to hire on crews to make things flow smoothly.

I'm a sponge for knowledge so any advice or helpful hits are always appreciated. Also I am actively looking for investors.
