Hi! My name is Kristin Linderman...I'm a Realtor in South Jersey looking to find investors for Atlantic and Cape May counties. I've had my real estate license for over 13 years mainly focused on second home buyers and am looking to get involved in wholesaling properties. I eventually would like to manage flipping houses or holding onto investments to build my own portfolio allowing the properties to work for me.

    Hey Kristin.  I am a new investor in the Philadelphia area.  I am interested in branching out to South NJ and seeing what potential opportunities are out there.  I have a potential funding source using lines of credit.     Hey @Kristin Linderman I am from Upper Township, right across the bridge from you! I am also a licensed agent up here in Philadelphia.     Hi Kristen. Welcome to BP and Investing!!  I am also new to investing and learning about wholesaling,  as I am about to take my PA real estate license test. I live near King of Prussia but grew up spending my summers working and playing in Wildwood Crest and Cape May. I love  it down there!! I would love to network with you the others from the area as we start on our paths of investing and maybe we could partner on opportunities in the future.

    Hi @Kristin Linderman, welcome to BP!  I'm not too too far from your neck of the woods.  I definitely recommend downloading and listening to some BP podcasts when you are driving.  While I am not looking to wholesale myself, I just listened to a wholesaling podcast the other day (BP Podcast #91) to learn more about what makes a successful wholesaler.  Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner put together a podcast each week which is entertaining, educational, and inspiring.  Also, our local real estate investors association is SJREIA.  I recommend checking out more info on SJREIA.org.  Between BiggerPockets and SJREIA, you will be on your way to accomplishing your real estate investing goals.

    Hi Kristin Linderman , I'm new to deeper pockets but looking to connect with fellow investors interested in the south jersey beach locations. My main interest is buy and hold in the wildwood crest area. I'm currently located not to far from Pottstown in reading.

    Hi @Kristin Linderman Welcome to BP. Sorry if I'm a little late to the party here, but I just came across your post. I have investment properties in Phila & SJ. I also bought a 2-unit in North Wildwood about 2 years ago that I full renovated & am now renting regularly.
