New in Orlando (32837)

Hey everyone I'm new to real estate in Orlando, FL and I'm planning to buy my very first property in the coming year. I'm from Cleveland but have been living in the Orlando area for around 4 years.

I plan on leveraging my career in consulting to fund my real estate itch. My goal would be to own my own residence in which I short term rent out some rooms and then expand to adding rentals to my portfolio in order to help fuel my path to financial independence.

I'm here in order to read and ask questions so that when I finally site down at the table to sign my first deals I'll be able to leverage a fraction of the knowledge I've seen on here.
