New nationwide wholesaler looking for buyers and contacts

My name is Michael. I'm based out of Orange County, CA--who isn't haha. I'm trying my hand at wholesaling virtually. My success story is still ahead of me. Every day I have the opportunity to learn from others' and my experiences in order to secure my vision for financial freedom. I have put two properties under contract within the first two weeks of working deals off of HUD, and working with agents in Indiana, but I'm still looking for a lot of help to get where I need to be. Good work @Michael Burdi! One tip I have heard in regards to selling wholesale properties is to search for cash buyers in the area through a local title company. If it means more closings for them they should be happy to direct you to those buyers. If they really are good deals then those buyers will gladly pay you for your deal. Good luck!
