Greetings BP Community!
I am a Seattle native turned commercial real estate broker, investing in commercial and residential properties. I focus my brokerage business on warehouse and office (some retail) in the South Seattle to Tacoma region. Looking to expand my network and investment portfolio and find some new partners to work with. I own 4 condos (all Seattle) and two shares in warehouse properties (Auburn and Puyallup) as well as a share of a rental ski lodge (Crystal Mountain).
Have capital up to $100k cash to invest.
CCIM, Masters of Science in Real Estate Development at UW (pending), high level of financial savvy and experienced in construction, tenant management & due diligence. Familiar with title disputes, legal entity structures, unique financing scenarios.
