Hi Toni,

Welcome to BP. I explored your website and couldn't determine for sure if we could help one another. Your website mentions that you can help people that are over-leveraged.  I don't know how to do that other than short sale so if there is something that I don't know please let me know. I like to be able to have a solution to answer any issue regardless of whether or not I can profit form it, so take a look at my website and let me know if you see where we can align.

    Hi @Account Closed - we're looking in the east county markets, currently, but have some projects brewing in Vista. We're open to all of San Diego and Inland Empire. What about you?

    ok I don't buy a lot of flips anymore, but I did some in Vista,and mostly north county if I come across a great one I buy it but I get a lot of deals in my desk daily I can send you some of the ones I don't take I am more focus on multifamily and land development now. @Toni Staples

    @Account Closed that's great! I'm closing escrow on a fix/flip, lot split, new development within the week! Do you have any recommended connections with contractors familiar with new builds or any lenders, you would recommend for construction loans?

    And I'd greatly appreciate any fix and flips you're not interested in!

    @Toni Staples Welcome to the community! I am in the downtown region but was born in La Mesa, It's a great town. My parents and my sister currently own in El Cajon and Rancho San Diego. If you ever need help with understanding the market feel free to reach out. I literally grew up watching the house prices rise, rise, rise and then dramatically fall in 2008. Its finally stabilizing here in San Diego albeit at a slower rate in the East County, making it a great place for buy and holds comparatively here in San Diego. I can see also why your choosing to do flips in that area as price points are low for San Diego. If your looking for contractors I know a good one in that area who also is an investor. Feel free to reach out anytime!

    @Fyzl Atmar I'm also a native to La Mesa! Always great to meet another native. Although I am primarily from La Mesa, with divorced parents I also spent lots of time in Hillcrest/North Park/South Park and truly watched each of those neighborhoods gentrify. Having grown up, and now work with a family that owned/owns several multi-family properties I trualy have a grasp of this market and what it has to offer. If anyone ever needs any tips please feel free to reach out! I work directly under my father who started our firm 35 years ago and they have somehow managed to survive multiple downturns as a small boutique firm. Good luck to everyone! It's a great market out there, but like I read on here before, if you are willing to long term hold, San Diego is one of the best places to invest.
