Moved to Shreveport / Bossier and Looking for Commercial Broker
Hi Everyone! I'm not exactly new (see my last rehab post linked below), but I have moved cross country and finally landed in Bossier City Louisiana. I am looking to connect with other local investors and also forge a long-term investing relationship with a commercial broker familiar with creative financing. I have a unique set of goals and several properties have caught my eye.
