Hi Everyone,

Ryan Johnston here, an agent overseeing a sales team currently in Alpharetta, GA. Started off up in NY/CT then we moved to the Atlanta Area. Picked up the Book on Rental Property Investing and figured I had to make my way to the forums. Just started developing a personal portfolio, looking to get into more multi family rentals. Looking forward to potentially meeting some of you!

@Ryan Johnston @Rod Joseph Guys when you are saying Multifamily do you mean 5+ units or less than 5 units and price range . Please comment that and I can maybe connect you to some deals

Hi @Josh Singh. I will be looking for entry level under 5 units in the next year and will be looking to get into apartments within the next few years.
