Active Duty Military Investor in Panama City Florida

Hello, My Name is Ramsey and I am new to BP forums however I have listened to the podcast for about a year now. I am active duty in the Navy and began investing once I moved to Panama City Fl, and could not find a place to rent, so I decided to buy. That was my clue to purchase rentals because they were renting very quickly and leaving very little time to shop around. I started two years ago and now own 12 rental units. Mostly 1br/1bath units with a couple 2br/1bath. Currently in the middle of a 7 unit complex rehab. I plan to move back to the West Coast (San Diego) for my next tour and would love to meet some local PC investors to partner with so I can continue investing in this area when I transfer. Also looking to connect with investors who can use my drive, attention to detail, and ability to handle logistics while working under pressure. I have hit a point in which I need to partner in order to scale. Nice to meet everyone! Ramsey
