New to investments from california

Hi every one my name is James Robinson I am 28 years old and interested in investing in other states, maybe Kansas or some were the prices of property is cheaper I would like to make 10 to 20k investments and trying to lean all I can if anyone has any feed back on this subject please respond it would be much appreciated.

@James Robinson that's very possible to do, even here in California. What are your goals? Are you looking for cash flow properties or something else?
