My name is Xavier Maestas and I'm from Salt Lake City, UT. I'm 22 years old and just bought my first townhome. I found out about BiggerPockets as I started realizing renting potential for this townhouse and how I could hopefully turn it into my first rental soon. I'm here to learn more about the business and how to transition into becoming a real estate investor!
