Well, technically, i'm living in Pearland now, but i have owned a few houses around Houston. 

I'm a full time IT guy that has purchased, rented, and sold a handful of properties on my own over the last decade. I've made a decent return on the investments, but i'm sure i could have done much better. Now i'm married, have three kids and a wife that want me to retire.

I'm usually the jack-of-all-trades and Do-it-all-by-myself guy, but in order to advance at a more rapid pace, it helps to have a support group. 

Soooo, here I am.  let's buy/sell/rent houses together...and stuff.

Hello again!  I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you but they keep changing this site.  A virtual ssisstant who usually works for you out of this country and will typically be cheaper and good at what you need and you typically communicate with you by the computer.  They typically do the assistant work that you do not want to do and usually works for you when you are asleep.  While I still medically recover Probably until the end of the year I can help you on building and property decisions.  Do not consider yourself any waste of time.  Best wishes!
