new member in the DFW area of Texas
I'm a relatively new investor in the DFW area. I have 3 SF deals and looking to go into wholesaling and fix and flipping to raise capital for the buy and hold deals. Devoted to doing this full time since Sept 2016 and am constantly networking, reading, looking for deals and money.

Welcome to BP, Emily! I have one rental in Flower Mound and one rental in Keller, both SFRs. Both areas are great for rentals. There is no shortage of demand and I've had good experiences with my tenants.
