Newbie from Tacoma/Olympia, WA
Hi Everyone! My name is Ken Cabellon and I am a newbie BP Pro member. I am looking to network with fellow investors in Western Washington (Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia) and also in the Portland-Metro area. I am looking to buy/hold and wholesale small multi-family properties. I currently rent out my condo in Portland and see the power in Real Estate.
A little about myself, I grew up in Tacoma, went to OSU, moved to Portland for 14 years, and now back in Washington. About a year ago, I bought a franchise and started my own business. I simply could not take being a cubical anymore. I now teach soccer and life skills to children ages 3-8, but looking at real estate as additional income to become financially free.
Besides that, I pretty much watch/play sports, walk my dog, and volunteer as a Wish granter. Hit me up if you would be interested in connecting.
