Medical Real Estate Broker from New York

I'm a commercial RE broker in New York, I'm also an aspiring investor looking to invest in commercial properties with medical tenants.

I've been a retail leasing agent for 5 years for a large, Texas-based landlord working in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston markets. I've also been a retail broker in Rochester, NY for 3.5 years.

@Derek Ritter I know of some MOB's (medical office buildings) in Rochester with strong tenants. There is no coop broker fee though. PM me with what you are looking for and I will get you details if they are a fit.
