I'm a commercial RE broker in New York, I'm also an aspiring investor looking to invest in commercial properties with medical tenants. 

I've been a retail leasing agent for 5 years for a large, Texas-based landlord working in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston markets.  I've also been a retail broker in Rochester, NY for 3.5 years.
