A warm hello to everyone on BP,
I wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am a little new at this but I am looking to learn and add value to the community as I grow. I hope everyone is doing great and hopefully everyone will have bigger pockets as time goes a long!
My name is Tony. I have a full time corp job. I'm looking to grow my real estate portfolio. I got some capital and I'm looking to convert my active income into a passive one. I am looking to make some great relationships and find some great deals. It is also reassuring to know that I'm not the only one out here! Feel free to say hi or add me as a colleague!

@Tony Mai Welcome to BP! The best thing you can do to get started is to set up your alerts carefully. If you don't know what kind of REI you want to get into, set alerts for a bunch of different things, any markets you're interest in etc. Set some progressively more specific alerts so you can see if something hits the holy grail of all your interest. For example, if you're interested in turnkey in a specific market, investing inside a self-direct IRA, use alerts for "Turnkey" (alerts for all the different spellings helps as well) "*Insert Market Here* ", "SDIRA", and "turnkey, *market*, SDIRA".
You can find info and helpful, knowledgable investors and professionals all over this site, so dive in and don't be afraid to PM people who seem like they might have the know-how you're looking for.
