New Real Estate Investor in Spokane, WA

Hello All,

I am new to Spokane, WA and looking to start investing in real estate. I recently graduated from Optometry school in May of this year, 2016. Looking to househack for my first year and then get some single family homes for rental income. Excited to buy my first property in the first quarter of 2017!

Hello David,
Sorry for the long gap in communications. Better late then never I suppose. I was wondering if you would be interested in sitting down for some coffee and discussing real estate. I am actually available tomorrow and will be in CDA. If that doesn't work, I have Wednesdays, and Sundays off and are available then as well.
