Just Getting Started from Long Island
Hi BP! My name is Brian and I have been lurking around for a few weeks now, researching and gaining as much knowledge as possible. I am looking to pursue REI in the future but now am just trying to educate myself. I'm limited in my knowledge on real estate but am learning more each day.
I am notorious for becoming interested in something, researching until I am pretty confident in my knowledge, creating a plan and then doing nothing. I am hoping that by putting myself out here and becoming more immersed in this fantastic community that I will actual follow through. I'm determined to go from "observer" to "investor"!
I appreciate any advice as far as resources, reads or other sources I can use to build my foundation. Thanks in advance for everything. I look forward to being a contributing member.
