I agree with you, @Glenn Bennett, Oceanway has grown significantly in the last 5 years. And there is still room for growth. Yulee will be the next big push towards the north of Jacksonville.
Hi @Glenn Bennett and welcome! I'm a Jax investor moving down to Miami in a few months. What can you tell me about the market there? Jax has treated us well, particularly Murray Hill, but prices have risen quite a lot.
Hey Maxwell. Well I am new to Miami myself so I can't tell you much as far as the market yet. I have some friends here in Miami that do market and investment analysis in this area and I am working on gaining some insight from them. I have a partner in Jacksonville who is looking into some properties in Oceanway and even Yulee. It seems the path of progress is heading that way and even the Riverside area.
Hopefully I will come across more information about the Miami market soon and will be able to tell the you more. Tell me about your real estate experience. Murray hill? Decent area for sure. What do you know about the markets in Jacksonville today? Thanks for responding
