New to REI from Louisville, Ky

Hello BP! My name is Troy and I'm here to continue learning and to grow my network. So far I've only made one RE transaction which is my primary residence. I'm looking to acquire more SFR as well as Multi Family properties as well. I don't have much experience and almost no money but it has to be possible. I just need good advice to get me on the right path!

    @Troy Cole welcome to BP and the REI community. To achieve anything in REI you are going to need a solid team. You will not be able to do it all by yourself so having others that are experts in their field will help you greatly. You need to know those team members have your back and can advise the best route to take.

    "House hacking" is my favorite and a great way to get started in REI. It would be something I would consider greatly for a first deal. It will mitigate some of the risks and lets you take advantage of less money out of your pocket to start. Also, you will quickly find out if REI is the right path for you in the future.

    Check out the local REIA since it is a great resource to learn more about REI and getting to know your local market.
