Greetings all! I'm Kevin Floore and I reside in Fort Thomas, KY just south of Cincinnati. I have a full time job working as an operations manager in the aerospace industry, and have been listening to the podcast now for almost a year. I finally decided to join the community and take real estate investment more seriously because of the potential for passive income. My wife and I are thinking of starting a family and I see real estate as a way to spend time with my family while also providing for them. I'm most interested in connecting with other investors from the area to see if I can provide value to their business while learning more about investing.
