Hello all! My name is Karl and I am new to the overall website. I found the website 4 years ago, but never got active on it. I am starting out my journey and looking to get into my first property in the next six months or so. I started out in real estate as a builder in Grenville, SC. My father and I started a construction company and we built new homes and developed land. We started it with a buy and hold strategy. Once we exhausted the normal and typical traditional lending, we were between a rock and a hard place. I sure wish I had seen this site back then. We also were in the midst of the collapse and that put us in a tight position with multiple spec homes on the market. I exited the real estate industry and went and found a job to support my family. My father stuck it out and still has the business doing well in the upstate. I am looking to get back into the buy and hold space personally. I have been very active with the Podcasts and have already made it through the first 50. I’m excited to start my journey again and have a wealth of information at my fingertips this time!!
