Hello! I am a new investor from MN and have been watching the market gor a few yeats now. I finally decided to dive in and am looking to create a meet up and start going for coffee and lunch meet dates with other investors!

Russell, welcome to BP! There are already a ton of meet up groups in the Twin Cities to check out. MNREIA, MNREC, MREE, BP group, Pine Financial group, Midwest group, Apartment Investors Group, Millenial Group and many more. Check some of them out.

One of the best things I have found to network is buying people coffee/lunch and picking their brains! Great choice. I would also check out REI meetups in your area. You can search BP or go to www.meetup.com as well and find them there!
