New Member Looking to build a team in Bethlehem PA

Hi All,

I have been an active investor in real estate in the central New Jersey area for about 2 years now. I have actively been searching for a two family home to house hack in New Jersey and have been having a difficult time finding a deal.

I came to the conclusion that with the funds I have available It makes the most sense to buy and hold in a less expensive area. I came upon Bethlehem PA and liked the area.

I want to start building a team out there and have been actively searching for a Realtor and Property Manager. I would really like to work with someone recommended through bigger pockets so if anyone has any recommendations that would be great!

Listen to BP Podcast 276. Bryce is, or at least was, doing his deals in Bethlehem.

You may want to reach out to @David Ribardo.
He is a realtor for the Bethlehem PA area.
He is also a real estate investor.

He uses a property manager to manage his properties and may be able to give you some recommendations on the property manager side.

Hi @Nicholas Santangelo, welcome to the forums. Bethlehem is an awesome area, with some trendy neighborhoods, great attractions, and reasonable price points. It works both as an owner occupant and as an investor, since rent / purchase price ratios are still pretty reasonable. Let us know if you have any questions about the area - there are a ton of experienced investors that can chime in here.
