New investor to Knoxville - Oak Ridge

Hello everyone,

I'm a new investor in Oak Ridge (Knoxville) TN. I am a Physical Therapist and former Marine who moved out here from San Diego 3 years ago. I bought a Duplex in which I live in 1 unit and putting another duplex on contract. If anyone wants to grab a coffee or a beer sometime, please reach out!

I’m also going to be hosting a meet up in late Nov in Knox. Watch the meetup forum for details.

If you haven’t already set up key word alerts for Knoxville. It will help to make sure you see it anytime someone mentions it.
