I would like to know how to figure out what type of houses rents better around my area. 2 or 3 bedrooms?
I'm planning to buy me a small second house to rent, but not sure, if they are renting well around my area.

@Ram Hernandez It's all relative to your local market, but 3BR's always attract more families, which are traditionally more stable tenants...2 BR's attract younger tenants...or tenants with roommates, which may be problematic.

As Brandon stated I'd add what's the demographic of your area, and what is your strategy. Are you flipping or looking to hold then you'd want long term tenants which usually mean families. Rent.com should be able to give you an idea on rent prices.
