I’d also recommend filling out some more of your profile. Add a picture and fill out the description. That will be a great way to introduce yourself to the BP community. It doesn’t have to be a novel but just a little bit about yourself, why you’re interested in real estate, what you’re looking for, etc.
Also, don’t forget to tag someone with the “@“ symbol in front of their username if you mention them by name in the forums. This will send them a messsge so they can get back and respond if appropriate.
Hi @Javon Ivory have you gone to any local REIA meetings? That is a good way to connect with wholesalers. You can also do a member search on this site to find some. There are good lessons on BP about wholesaling that you should read as well.
Thank you, but no I have not been to any REIA meetings yet. I have been looking into it I know we have one coming up on Feb 4 and I am gone to sign up for it.
I would also suggest hopping in Facebook Investment groups as well. You will find active wholesalers doing deals. Maybe you can take them to lunch and see what you can do to add value to their business.

@Javon Ivory Tampa bay REI Crewe is a local Facebook group that is full of wholesalers. Just a friendly word of caution.... this area is flooded with wholesalers, most of whom have never completed a deal, so make sure you are picking the brains of those that are successful.
