Hi my name is Todd Noe and am new to real estate investing. I'm currently living in the southern oregon area. Looking to expand into flipping and owning rental units. Going into this with everything I have. If anyone is in the area please feel free to reach out.

@Aaron Hale thank you for reaching out, appreciate it. So far i think i've listened to every podcast and about every youtube video on biggerpockets. Just now starting to hit up the forums to see what else I can learn. How's the florida market? thinking about possibly looking around the orlando area due to my brother living there and going into this with me. The market in southern oregon is ok but not booming.
Hey congrats on your first two really hope it works out for u! Did u buy in your own town or close by? And was it hard buying your first two or did u find it pretty easy?
I purchased near buy. I got lucky a little as I purchased from a neighbor and already had renters that have been there for a couple years. I was still nervous for the first purchase but now I have that under my belt and ready to expand.

@Jacob Wathen i'm in k falls right now just moved here from the chicagoland area. Looking to possibly move to the medford area but also willing to drive there if need be for a meetup or possible investment soon. Thanks for reaching out!
@Todd Noe, I am currently over in Medford flipping and buying rentals. I also own a building in Klamath Falls however am not looking to expand in that market.
My wife and I run one of the local meetups here in Medford if you ever want to head over and check it out. Either way, here to help if you need it!
