Hey BP family! I'm Dom Licerio, 25, and currently in the military in C-Springs. The springs has been my home for many years; I've seen it's increasing potential for real estate investing and I want to take advantage of all the investment opportunities available! I'm looking for investor meet-ups or networking get-togethers in or around the springs. Does anyone know of any monthly or annual meetings that I can participate in? Thanks team!
Check out Meetups online. There are at least 4 local groups including ICOR that meet monthly in the Springs. If you are interested in doing Short Term Rentals join the Colorado Springs Short Term Rental Alliance Facebook Page to stay on top of local regulation.

You're in luck, Stuart Grazier is the guy you're looking for! Unfortunately the computer I'm on right now isn't letting me tag him, but I'll try again from my phone real quickly. He is military and hosts an event there!
@David Pere Thanks for the mention! Yep, we are having a meetup on May 11th in Colorado Springs and it is posted on the Events page if anyone else is interested.
@Dominic Licerio Welcome to BP and C. Springs. ICOR has a meeting next Tuesday night. We will be discussing the future of C. Springs. Please take a look at the events page or go to our website for the details.
Introduce your self when you get there. I'll be around. Let me know if I can do anything for you.
@Robin Searle Thanks for the response Robin! We appreciate it! Hope to see you on Tuesday.
