Good Evening everyone! My name is Antoine and I am a new investor and new to Bigger pockets. I live in the Maryland area and I am excited to start this new journey are there any other investors from this area?

There are many! The Baltimore area has a HUGE Meetup. The next one is in Linthicum Heights. I've always wanted to get up that way from Richmond but the schedule hasn't worked out. Look it up and go! Networking is well worth the time, particularly when you're new.
You'll find plenty of friendly, knowledgeable people willing to help respond to your questions. Many members are experts in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate brokerage, wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

Hey I want to thank you guys for your feedback I really appreciate it. It is easy to get discouraged but I have been listening to the podcast and gained a lot of confidence and knowledge from the other investor stories that started in this same position.
