I am new to BiggerPockets, and I am looking forward to networking with you all. I am 33 years old, and I work a FT job in Southern California. My main goal is to get out of the rat race, and hence here I am!
I am currently researching wholesaling as a way to get my feet wet in the real estate investing pool. Does anyone have some good resources that they can share? Videos, books/audiobooks, and/or links? There seems to be a lot of information out there, but I am hoping that there are some experienced wholesalers out that can provide me with vetted resources.

This is a great place to learn and network. A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.
Welcome Tina, I am Patrick also new here just registered today, I got to hear about this site after reading Brandon Turner's book " The book on investing in real estate with no money down" ... He repeatedly made mention of this site so I had to check it out and I am amazed at the plethora of resources here... I intend to learn more from the available resources too
