First Post on BP - Introdcution

Hello BP community! My name is Austin and this is my first post on the forums. I wanted to use this first post to introduce myself. I work as an engineer by day and spend my free time crafting a RE side hustle. 

I've spent the last few months educating myself and am now motivated to start taking action. I've narrowed my investing interests to residential/commercial rentals as well as performing/non-performing notes. I'm looking to expand my network, so please feel free to connect!

My goal over the next two weeks is to continue posting to the forums with different questions I've encountered during the learning process and also providing value to others whenever I can.
