I'm looking to talk to someone who is investing in Cleveland to pick their brain on what areas in Cleveland are thriving so I can see if that's the right area for me. I used the rental calculator and the cash flow makes sense it would come out to about $312 a month. Thank you for your time.

I’m focused on building my flipping business nationwide the next few years and am selling all my rentals
@Stuart Fox honestly I’m just trying to get started and I think that 18 duplexes would be a little overwhelming for my first investment property but I would be interested in purchasing one duplex in the right area.
@Steven Dufault I hear you. That's the beautiful thing with SFR portfolios - easy to sell the whole or parts. I have some solid working class area duplexes for sale

@Federico Gutierrez it looks like it’s in the Euclid area but everything I’ve read on turnkeys in the last 12 hours is that they do shoddy work and it’s usually in a bad neighborhood
