Real Estate Investor in Norfolk, Va
What's up BP crew, I've been a member for a few months and decided to make my first post. 6 years active duty military in Norfolk, VA, and transferring to Pearl Harbor, HI later this year. I've been learning a lot through BP podcasts and books and decided to pull the trigger. Currently working on closing my second SFH in Norfolk before I head to Hawaii where I hope to find creative ways to invest there and continue in Virginia! Always looking to connect with other investors and share info!

Welcome @Chris Wheelus. Go out there and crush it man. You can still invest in Virginia, especially since you have a feel for the local market. There is a great BP podcast about an Air Force guy in Korea buying 20+ SFHs in Alabama. I buy multis out of state since I PCSed from the Midwest to Florida.
