Newbie from Brentwood, California
Hello fellow BP Members! I recently re-joined as a Pro member after being inspired by the BP podcast and webinar, and this is my first post. I am a budding investor looking to buy-and-hold out-of-state properties in Missouri and Nevada. My short-term goal is to close on four out-of-state rental properties in 2020, and my long-term goal is to replace my current W-2 with passive and business income. My primary inspiration is my two teenage boys -- they inspire me everyday to become a better version of myself. My professional inspiration comes from all of you who are currently thriving from real estate investments, speaking, writing, blogging, podcasting, teaching, coaching -- all the things I would love to do in the future! I am so excited to be a part of this group and to learning from all of you!
In terms of next steps, I would love to connect with local (SF Bay Area) investors for knowledge-sharing, and with St. Louis/ Kansas City investors/realtors/property managers for building my portfolio to start (but also considering Las Vegas for proximity).
