Hello my name is mike. I am from nj and the nyc areas. I am getting into real estate for the potential financial benefits it has. I’d like to take care of my pops (has ms) but if he doesn’t make it in the next few years I want to help out my nieces and nephews and my families future. Bye the way happy halidays!

@Michael Giaquinto I agree with what @Zeke Liston said about Columbus, Ohio. It is a great market to cash flow. I work with many out-of-state investors who are able to close on multifamily properties at great prices.

    Hello Nicole. I have been to Cleveland OH with my daughter and was interested in talking with someone like yourself in the area about the buy and hold and possibly some good areas to invest in. Driving through downtown and just on the outskirts I really didn't get enough time to network with anyone from the area before I left. Would you be interested in giving me some direction?

    @Michael Giaquinto Hi Mike, that's great! You can 100% benefit financially from investing in real estate. I have a duplex in Columbus, OH that is cash flowing around $700/month now and will cash flow around $1000/month in May when I raise the rents. If you're undecided about where to invest, I would definitely suggest Columbus.

     Cleveland is a great place to find Buy and Holds!

    Ohio would be pretty cool 😎. I’m in hopes to start in my area at first but will consider out of state when I get things rolling :)
