Where to find meet ups in Denver, CO area?
New to BiggerPockets but been in real estate for awhile; 6 rentals and counting including house hacking, long and short term rentals.
Looking to meet up with like minded people in the Denver area to discuss a range of real estate topics. Current dilemma I have is which financial number really matters; CAP rate, cash on cash returns, IRR? What's a good/acceptable ROI number for the CO area?
Happy to grab coffee with anyone wanting to discuss and share ideas.
