What’s the best book for a beginner in real estate?

Looking to get into real estate. Any books, classes, or advice for a beginner like me. I am a second year college student and hope to pursue it soon :)

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is great, in addition to the other resources already recommended. Once you're on your way to your first deal, and if you pursue long term rentals, I would recommend reading "The Book on Managing Rental Properties" -- great resource for tactical understanding of being a landlord.
