Hello to everyone on BP. I'm excited to start a new venture in real estate investing. I'm looking to purchase a small multi-family in north San Diego county for my first BRRRR. I have part of the financing myself but could use help for the rest. I also need help in finding the right deal. Any ideas? Thanks.
