I have found a huge interest in real estate investing and was hoping to connect with other investors. I do have questions and would greatly appreciate some other's opinions or advice who have invested in this area. I'd also like to meet new people that share the same passion and/or have the same goals in regards to successfully growing in real estate investing. Thank you all for reading this.

Welcome to BP @Douglas Stanley! NW OKC, Bethany, Warr Acres, and Midwest City have some good neighborhoods with a lot of potential for buy/hold and flippers, especially if you are able to do rehab because there's a lot of older homes in the area with people wanting to live there. Edmond has a good school district, making it attractive for families. It's harder to find potential buy/hold in Edmond though. Other areas that you should check out are Yukon, Mustang, Moore, and Norman.
