Beginner Investor looking to BRRRR
I'm a beginner investor and I'm currently deployed overseas. I've spent my time educating myself on real estate investing through books, podcasts, youtube video's, and combing the bigger pockets site. I'll be heading to the Tennessee area towards the end of the year and looking to do my first deal upon my return. I've been running deals on the calculator's and also downloaded a deal calculator app on my phone. Looking to get some advice and a willing mentor to discuss getting started and how to properly analyze the deal.
