New Member - Wanted to connect and invest in Ohio

Hello BP Members, I am a new member from Southern California.  I previously had some rentals in Ontario Canada, however, now living in the states, I am realizing that there are so many great markets.  

I am looking at Ohio, and would like to connect with investors, wholesalers, property managers, contractors.  I haven't' dialed in which specific areas of Ohio, and am open to suggestions, hence why I would like to make some connections.  

Ideally for me small multi-family would work best (4-10) units to get started. Good cash flows, and open to all cash buys and properties that may need some rehab.
