Hey @Ricardo Romero, I agree with @Maxwell Ventura. It would be easier for you to do fix and flip where you live. Managing that out-of-state would not be fun. But if you do decide to do that your best bet is probably some real estate agent who has a lot of connections in the area. Connect with @@Remington Lyman.
