My name is Eric Henry and I am currently located in Riverside Ca and will be moving to the Phoenix Area later this year once I find my first mutli plex to invest in. I am currently married for the past 16 years and have 3 wonderful kids ages 13,9 and 3. My current hobbies include reading, music, movies, camping, hiking, snowboarding and anything MMA.

I consider myself a "Jack of all trades" type of person and my work history speaks for that. Marketing for a large computer company to Customer service for a large Home improvement center and becoming an electrician. But that is just the tip of the iceberg, as I love to work with my hands really. When I put my mind to something, I become rather fickle about it and try to consume as much information as I can about that subject. Which is what's gotten into me this year. I am tried of working for everyone else and not seeing as much fruit of my labor as I should have. Times have changed and Its time for me to prove to myself that I can achieve my dreams and seek true independence. Right now all I am doing is consuming 3 books and researching. I am looking forward to all the ups and downs that are going to come my way.
