Hello BP family! I have done countless hours of research on investing in real estate and I am ready to dig deeper and take action. Interested in fix & flip and rentals in any area of Lake County Indiana, as well as, some parts of Porter county. Anyone in the area willing to answer some questions? Also, looking for info on private money/hard money options. Any and all information is appreciated.
