Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I'm Don OShea, recently relocated to the Colorado Springs area. Sold my rental homes in Illinois, looking to provide private investor funding to flippers in the local area. I'm currently learning the local market and the real estate laws and processes in Colorado. I'm working to develop business relationships that are Win/Win for both parties.

@Don O'Shea welcome to the Springs! As I'm sure you'll find the market is absolutely on fire right now! There are plenty of great people on here that are looking to grow and I'm sure will introduce themselves here. Best of luck and welcome!

Thank you Jeremy. I appreciate the shout out. It's been a lot of fun learning the local market and I'm looking for win win investing. Keep in touch and let me know if I can help.

@Don O'Shea I definitely will. Also there is a local meetup biweekly I believe. @Colin Smith would have more information regarding the specifics.

Thank you for the recommendation @Jeremy Gaal !
@Don O'Shea - I do highly recommend going to the local meet ups to network with other investors. You can find more information on ours, the Colorado Springs Real Estate Investor Association, right here on the Events section of BP. We meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. I hope to see you there!
