Hello,

I own 5 rental properties currently and would like to connect with other investors that have rentals 1-10 units and discuss ideas:

  • Just take a look at each other's deals and make assessments together (is this deal that I have good or bad type thing and why)
  • Make contact and maybe partner up on future deals
  • Trade contacts on good venders to use in the area
