Hey Stan - What part of the DMV do you find yourself in the most? Which market do you feel like you already would have a leg up in understanding? (DC, MD, or VA?)
Hello, first thank you for your response. I am mostly in the PG County area. I don’t really have much understanding yet. But I have mostly been reading about wholesaling Real Estate. From what I gather it’s a good place to start out in the business. I have a little money, but not a whole lot, so I was thinking that may be a way to get some income flowing and also learn the business. However I am prepared to go in any direction that works the best for making short and long term money.

I would start reading and listening to podcasts. Going to local meetups if they are still happening in your area is a good way to network and learn from others. The fastest way to learn is to find a mentor and see how you can provide value to them. @Stan Roberts

@Stan Roberts That all sounds good man. I'd certainly be interested in purchasing any deals that you come across, especially if you find deals up my way in Frederick. I would leverage YouTube on getting the basics of wholesaling. There's some good content out there that can you lead you in the right direction.
